Principal IS Contract Administrator

Job Description:
Principal IS Contract Administrator
Natick, MA

Summary:
Position is responsible for license and contract management, including all operational and administrative functions. Support global BSC IS organization by maintaining a contract database, policies and procedures and reporting. Leverage industry best practices to develop policies and procedures to track license purchases and usage ensuring compliance with license audits. Establish appropriate allocations of cost to end users. Establish and manage a preferred vendor list and a vendor health assessment process. Ensure proper processes and internal controls around vendor activity.

Responsibilities:
· Manage Global IS Contracts Management database in Procuri.
· Develop, maintain, enforce and update policies and procedures for the license management and contracting processes within the Global IS organization ensuring a well controlled environment.
· Influence decisions making by ensuring critical data is input into contract management database and reporting is distributed to IS Leadership team and CIO.
· Monitor, on a monthly basis, critical contract dates – terminations, renewals, audits, etc.
· Provide clear direction and coordination of license management process to track owned and used licenses.
· Mange risk by ensuring compliance with audit provisions within contracts.
· Manage requests for audits from external contract parties.
· Continuously strive to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of compliance with contract obligations.
· Influence global cost structure by providing input to the allocation of costs to system end users (including: SAP, Telecom, PDM) for the annual budgeting process.
· Ensure proper controls around the procurement of assets such as PCs, servers, etc.
· Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.

Qualifications:
· BA/BS in related field
· Minimum of 8 years experience in related field
· Must be detail oriented with excellent follow-up skills
· Ability to influence and motivate others that you do not supervise directly
· Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
· Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently and in a team environment
· Internal controls experience
· Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
