Melrose Cooperative Bank is seeking a Full Time Customer Service Representative who can help us continue our long standing tradition of excellent customer service in a true community bank environment. The ideal candidate must genuinely enjoy working with people, have strong organizational skills, and possess the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. In this role you will be responsible for assisting our customers needs in our branch, online, and by telephone.The position demands strong customer service and communications skills, the ability to multi-task, and work independently. Banking and/or financial services experience is required. Hours for this position include some Friday evenings and Saturdays.
