Softscape has a great opportunity for a Software Implementation Project Manager. This position is a key role for Softscape and, for the right candidate, can lead to significant career growth and opportunity. 

Responsibilities

·         Manage multiple projects simultaneously with team sizes of 2 – 12.

·         Lead the implementation of Softscape’s products at customers.

·         Conduct project /design reviews.

·         Define and estimate project tasks. 

·         Complete projects on time and on budget.

·         Provide weekly detailed project status reports (e.g., budget vs. actual).

·         Provide pro forma invoices to the financial department.

·         Manage and motivate team members.

·         Maintain and foster positive relationships with clients.

·         Address all project issues and resolve problems to customer’s satisfaction.

·         Work with off shore development team for successful implementations.

·         Consult with clients on technical issues and provides effective solutions.

·         Identify sales opportunities.

·         Work with Softscape senior leadership to define priorities and set goals.

Qualification

To be considered for this position you must have the following qualifications/experience.

• 5+ years of successful enterprise software implementation, project management and configuration experience.


• Strong customer communication skills via in-person, phone and email dialog.


• Strong project budgeting, planning and reporting experience.


• Experience analyzing documentation for customized or pre-packaged software.


• Have interfaced with IT and business users.


• Experience working with external client’s senior management.


• Experience with Project Management methodology/tools. Certification a Plus.


• Experience keeping project scope and issuing change orders as required.  


• Excellent interpersonal and team building skills.


• Experience effectively managing a team of developers.


• Ability to lead project discussions at customer’s site.


• Strong MS-Project and MSOffice product knowledge


• Prior experience of capturing customer requirements and creating Statement-of-Works, Change Orders and Functional Requirements Specifications

Preferred Skills/Experience

• WEB technical/architecture knowledge and experience to include hands on coding experience with SQL, JavaScript, and HTML


• Previous HCM software implementation experience.
