Answer high volume of incoming telephone calls from agents, policyholders and others relating to billing for all CIC lines of business. Respond to inquiries through written correspondence and email. Provide professional, caring service within established quality and quantity standards. Work various production reports and assigned projects. Report potential system problems or issues. Monitor performance of assigned agents in defined areas.
Note: **Hours for training are: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. The actual schedule will be Monday - Friday 9:30 am - 6:00 pm**
Basic PC navigation skills. Must enter a minimum of 90 keystrokes per minute within accuracy standards as reflected in the PreVisor System alphanumeric data entry test. Must have at least average mathematical skills and aptitude. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
