This position will supervise a highly skilled and experience work group in the production of security X-ray equipment in a heavy industrial/large capital equipment manufacturing environment. You will also supervise the maintenance of production schedules, unit product costs, quality of work and perform the required cross-functional interactions in support of day to day production activities. In this role you will also manage employee development, training and safety, support manufacturing and engineering in the development and implementation of lean manufacturing processes and cell-based production.

• 5-10 years experience as an Electromechanical Assembler with 2-3 years in a Lead or Supervisory role in Manufacturing
• Experience with lean manufacturing process and techniques
• Good computer skills with good working knowledge of Word, XL, Outlook and MRP Systems
• Minimum of High School diploma
• Ability to read, write and speak English
