Candidates must have knowledge and experience with all mechanical systems associated with a midsize luxury residential condominiums. The property is located on the North shore. Must have ability to troubleshoot and address issues, or when appropriate, direct and supervise outside contractors. Candidate will be on call (24) hours. Knowledge and experience building construction, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC systems are a plus. The candidate will be responsible for administering approved budget.
