DUTIES:
- Work with regional management team to develop and execute quarterly business development plans in accordance with sales management’s objectives surrounding the marketing and promotion of Investment Services and Insurance Products.
- Participates in the development of sales objectives including sales volume and acquisition metrics for branches, districts, segment, or channels.
- Influences and works with a team including Market and District Executives, Relationship Managers, and other key players to position Investment Services and Insurance Products.
- Develop strong relationships with internal business partners by providing solid communication, program updates, participating in sales meetings, and responding to concerns.
- Provide Branch Employees with all necessary training concerning product knowledge, sales skills, target market, and promotion campaigns. Additionally, prepare sale materials including “scripts”.
- Promotes and manages acquisition channels for Investment Services and Insurance Products including Direct Mail, Internet Banking / Online Banking, Telephone Banking, etc.
- Works actively with Investment Services Regional Managers and Regional Sales Consultants and other professionals within Insurance & Investment Division regarding pre-classification and acquisition strategies and tactics.
- Monitors local market trends and competitive benchmarking around Investment Services and Insurance.
- Develop strong relationships with internal business partners by providing solid communication, program updates, participating in sales meetings, and responding to concerns.
- Ensuring the successful launch of new products in branches.
- Ensure a cohesive and consistent customer experience. Suggest and deploy customer experience enhancements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics and equivalent experience.
- At least 5-10 years of experience in the financial services industry and sales management, preferably with Investment Services & Insurance.
- Required professional training and license requirement (series 7 and 65).
- Demonstrated sales and presentation skills.

- Relevant product knowledge and experience in the financial industry and evaluation of markets including working with credit and debit cards or related products.
- Solid sales, marketing, and project management skills.
- Strong financial and business analysis skills.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
