This role supports our direct mail database clients’ from system implementation, through support and direct mail list file processing output. You will focus on performing data selects, postal presorting, mail file processing, issue troubleshooting, system testing, user training. Must be able to think logically, have good communication skills, work in a fast paced environment and enjoy interfacing with clients.

· Ability to develop good relationships with clients to analyze and document their needs and requirements. · Comfortable having in-depth discussions with clients to help understand their goals and system needs. · Able to document and train end-users in the use of our database system. · Ability to gather, analyze and map data from client files to our database system. · Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness. · Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. · Energetic personality · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and related work experience. · Working with relational databases. · FoxPro knowledge a plus. · Knowledge of fundraising. · Strong analysis and communication skills. · Strong personal computer skills. · Must be self-motivated. Required Experience: · Experience with direct mail data processing applications a must. · Experience with contact management systems and database management applications. · Experience in a customer support role, speaking directly with clients. · Experience with Microsoft Office applications. · Knowledge of query and report writer applications.
