Job Title: Database Analyst

Job Description:
Individuals must have a minimum of 3-5 years related experience supporting ERP/CRM systems. This individual should have direct experience in the design, development, implementation and maintenance of a SQL based ERP system. The ideal candidate will have experience with Sage Mas500 and Sage Saleslogix ERP.
Responsibilities
· Support of ERP software, database structure and data
· Administration of ERP database including the analysis, design, and creation
· Work with implementation team to build, customize and roll new ERP solution to organization
· Work with consultants to design and built database structure specific to Carousel’s needs
· Work with IT team for configuration of hardware/software to perform installations, testing, upgrades, as well as work with IT team on optimization of data storage, efficiencies, capacity planning and database growth
· Write and understand Microsoft SQL. Be able to write SQL statements, stored procedures and views using industry best practices for security and efficiency
· Database and code management, review and documentation
· Work with application developers to know how applications work and testing results
· Security administration – monitor and administer ERP security
· Create and develop and manage internal procedures for various job functions within the ERP system
· Change control and version control testing, processes and procedures
· Manage relationship between ERP vendors and Carousel
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and certifications
· 2-4 years experience designing, implementing, administering and maintaining Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008
· Experienced in best practices for design, development, modeling and implementation of data warehouses and relational databases
· Experience supporting Sage Mas500 and Sage Saleslogix
· Business Intelligence skills including experience with or knowledge of Business Objects/Crystal Reports or other BI tools.
· Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint, Access
