American Dryer Corporation is currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. The Project Manager will utilize their experience or expertise to manage project(s), solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and have the ability to effect short-term and long-term business goals. Provide leadership and technical direction for assigned organizational responsibilities, projects, and personnel. • Promote technical excellence within own department and support groups through design/technical review participation, application, and technical innovation/growth • Establish and maintain relationships with required external and internal customers to ensure that requirements are achieved • Establish, modify & monitor overall engineering project requirements, timing and resources of own department and support groups to meet/exceed business objectives and goals • Effectively communicate technical aspects of department activities vertically and horizontally in the organization • Ensure positive actions are taken to encourage growth, technical development and improved interpersonal skills • Implement initiatives to continuously improve the responsiveness of the department/organization to customer/business needs  • Domestic and international travel. Must have 5-10 years of Project Management experience; a minimum of 7 years of electrical engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
