The Clinical Nurse Manager is responsible to plan, organize and manage all for the operation of this 20-bed telemetry step down unit including staffing and budgeting. This fulfilling nursing leadership opportunity requires experience and commitment to the quality of patient care and patient satisfaction. The CNM will provide leadership and direction to the nursing staff while promoting teamwork in a multidisciplinary care environment.   Requirements: RN, BSN

Preferred: MSN and management experience.
