Creativity:  The ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams to generate imaginative, innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Tenacity:  Have the tenacity, initiative, and drive to stay in touch with decision makers until the desired objective (the sale) is achieved or is no longer reasonably attainable.

Versatility:  Demonstrate the ability to manage a sale that includes strategy, creative and execution of an integrated multi channel direct marketing program. 

Marketing:  Understand and be able to communicate direct marketing techniques and applications to clients.  

As a member of the sales team your requirements include:

·         Multi channel direct marketing experience

·         3 – 5 years of sales experience (specifically for a marketing agency)

·         Ability to open new relationships

·         Close business

·         History of success selling in a solution oriented & consultative manner

·         Self motivated and competitive

·         Strong network of marketing contacts

·         A passion for integrated and strategic marketing
