POSITION SUMMARY: The RVP – Business Development for insurance will concentrate sales efforts in the collections vertical for earned premium insurance (consumer/commercial) and subrogation (uninsured motorist and arbitration) recovery services. Industry experience is crucial to be successful in selling both receivables management outsource solutions, as well as other ancillary services (e.g. automated dialing programs, etc.).
BACKGROUND:
Qualified individuals must have a minimum of 5+ years’ proven sales and business development experience within the earned premium and subrogation/unisured motorist/arbitration marketplace. Candidates must bring forth a solid, verifiable network with which to build a business foundation. Candidates must also possess superior written, verbal, and communication skills, as they will need to communicate with senior executives and conduct presentations on a regular basis.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assume entrepreneurial role in the areas of selling insurance recovery services.
- Leverage winning history with key clients and/or large targeted creditors to influence new business development (collaborative sales).
