Reports to: Director of Sales and Marketing
TechDevice Corporation is a growing medical device company that specializes in the design, development and contract manufacture/assembly of a broad range of Guidewires, Balloons and Balloon Catheter Assemblies. This includes products with 510(k) clearance for OEM's. TechDevice is also involved with the development of a variety of new proprietary product lines.
Responsibilities:
The Inside Sales Coordinator will be a customer service oriented person and will respond to and work inbound phone and email inquiries. Required to generate estimates and assemble quotes with a focus on quick turnaround and customer follow-up. Make outbound calls to include both existing and new customers, with a focus on cultivating a strong customer base. There will be communication with manufactures representatives and outside sales representatives. Trade show and occasional travel requirements may be required. Technologies required to master are balloon blowing and dipping, as well as guidewire component functions including coil winding, grinding and device assembly process and techniques.
