Our client, a small manufacturing company located in Southeastern Massachusetts near the Rhode Island border seeks a Quality Assurance Manager.  The responsibilities include maintaining ISO Quality Management System, acting as ISO management representative, performing inspections and internal auditing, responding to customer questions and complaints regarding product quality, maintaining and submitting data for management review, participating in new product review activity, working closely with management to improve manufacturing process, and submitting quality goals and measuring performance against those goals to management.  Qualified candidates must possess the following:

- CQM preferred - will consider CQE with five years in a Quality Manager position.

- Recent experience in quality auditing

- Experience installing and/or maintaining an ISO or TS quality management system.

- Measurable experience at identifying and reducing the cost of quality.

- Recent (last three years) experience in serving automotive suppliers up to and including Tier II.

- Successful use of Six Sigma Tools (give specific examples)

- Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access (preferred) as well as facility in learning ERP applications.
