Reporting to the Assistant Vice President/Corporate Services and Security, this position manages the daily activities and functions for the Corporate Services department including corporate purchasing; maintains in-house office supply and stationary inventories, identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed; manages internal and external mail processing services, including expedited deliveries; manages internal courier services to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of mail and supplies between all Credit Union locations and vendors as requested; manages the Corporate Vendor Management Program to ensure all critical contracts and documents are maintained and contract termination and renewal dates are observed; manages the Corporate Record Retention Program to ensure Credit Union documents are appropriately retained and destroyed in accordance with approved retention schedules. Provides supervision to two team members.
Qualifications for this position include an associate’s degree plus 2-4 years related experience.
