We currently have an opening for a full-time Customer Service product specialist for our QuickLabel Systems printing and labeling product line. This job is located in West Warwick, RI.

Responsibilities

This individual will handle inbound and outbound sales and customer service calls. This individual will develop existing customer accounts, respond to new prospect inquiries, create written and oral price quotes, provide customers with product information, and manage order administration. The role of this individual will be to provide consultative sales and support to customers who purchase industrial label printers or printed labels. This individual will work as part of an account team with a field salesperson, and also part of an internal customer service group dedicated to the label and tag product line.

Requirements

● BS/BA degree preferred

● Must have excellent communication and “soft sales” skills

● Experience with CRM customer relationship management software helpful

● Experience with tracking orders in ERP software such as JDE or Peoplesoft helpful

● Experience with the label and tag industry a plus

● Interest in technical products helpful

● Must be detail-oriented

● Must have excellent organizational skills

● Must have the ability to work well in a fast paced, team environment
