Perform a variety of accounting, finance and/or contract related functions. Responsible for providing support to lead analysts by collecting, compiling and assisting in the preparation of various reports for program and/or department management. Provides timely analysis and research required in program and department planning, performance assessment and reporting. Positions available in areas such as General Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Systems, Program Finance and Contracts.

Responsibilities may include:

• Weekly and monthly cost reporting and analysis
• Budget development, monitoring and forecasting
• Accounting reconciliation and research
• Monthly metric reporting
• Analyze and report on orders intake, sales, profit and cash flow
• Prepare necessary reports and supporting documentation on contracts status
• Review proposal and contractual information to assure timely and accurate submissions
• Special projects as required
  

Position Pre-Requisites:

• Good academic standing (GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred)
• College junior with business related major
• Long term interest in a career within Finance, Contracts or Accounting
• Ability to work for at least 10 weeks during the summer
• Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills
