Join the world of travel when you join our team at American Canadian Caribbean Lines, a small ship cruise line headquartered in Rhode Island.   ACCL is seeking both a Reservationist and a Reservations Supervisor.

Do you enjoy working with customers over the phone? If so, ACCL may be the place for you.

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls from travel agents and travelers.
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers, to inquiring travelers, return passengers and travel agents
Service bookings.
Generate sales.

Provide information regarding payments, cancellations, insurance policies as well as itineraries and commissions.

Advise clients of any changes and/or and special instructions.

Update database profiles.

Prospect for new accounts.

 
Required Skills
Two years experience in travel sales/ or outbound telephone sales. 
Call center experience a plus.
Strong attention to detail

Able to organize and prioritize

Must be available to work a flexible schedule

Personable

Sales-Driven

Strong communications, customer service and organizational skills

Microsoft Office program experience

Knowledge of transaction and database systems
