Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) is a strategic business unit in Automation and Control Solutions (ACS). HBS installs and maintains the systems to help keep buildings and facilities safe, secure, comfortable and cost-efficient, and is a leading providing of energy efficiency solutions worldwide. HBS specializes in service of critical building systems, including heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), building automation, fire, security and energy management. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute marketing plans for utility-sponsored marketing programs.
- Perform start up and day-to-day mgt of marketing programs to achieve program participation goals.
- Develop printed materials, mail pieces, web sites and other marketing materials with support from outside resources. Drive meetings with clients.
- Monitor and report on results of marketing campaigns. Collaborate with program operations teams and other functional staff to deliver direct selling and telemarketing campaigns in support of community, commercial and media outreach.
- Support Honeywell Utility Solutions corporate marketing and sales as needed (market research, presentations).
Basic Qualifications:
- B.S. degree in marketing, business or communications.
- 6 years experience in marketing communications or marketing program management.
- 6 months experience in direct mail, web based marketing and media outreach.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present to an audience.
- Strong analytical skills, with an ability to decide and take action by applying intuition, experience, and judgment to the data available.
- Ability to lead cross functional projects.
- Proven track record of successful marketing management to deliver specific, measurable results.
- Results driven with a list of tangible accomplishments as evidence that demonstrates this ability.
- Experience driving marketing improvements per customer feedback and input.
- Clear evidence of creating new solutions or strategies
- Success in managing through influence and persuasion in a matrix structure.
- Proven ability to think strategically and to scope tasks and set goals.
- A demonstrated track record of influencing and providing insight to senior management
- Strong ability to manage outside resources.
- Budget development and management.
- Ability to thrive in faced-paced, results-driven organization
- Strong computer skills (especially with Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word)
