Department:  Administration/Supply Chain

Enzymatics
Supply Chain team ensures seamless interaction between the company’s suppliers,
production line, and customers.  In
addition to managing inventory requirements and fulfilling customer orders, the
Supply Chain group reviews supplier relationships, assists in optimizing
manufacturing floor workflow, and orchestrates international business
logistics.  This skilled team draws on
proven tools and models from various industries to continually improve the
speed, efficiency, and accuracy of Enzymatics business processes.

Specialist

the world’s highest quality molecular biology reagents for DNA sequencing and
genetic testing.  But if the products
aren’t on the shelves, next generation sequencing can’t happen.  That’s where you come in.  Are you passionate about getting the right
products to the right people at the right time? As an inventory control
specialist, the power of Enzymatics is in your hands.  You will report to the Supply Chain Manager
and perform daily duties including shipment preparation, inventory management
using Quickbooks Enterprise, and materials receiving.  In this role you will directly support the
company’s efforts to increase efficiency, and have the opportunity to improve
internal processes with direct and measurable impacts.

Responsibilities:

·        
Prepare
and package daily outgoing shipments following established methods

·        
Receive
and process incoming material deliveries

·        
Review
product inventory and schedule production as required

·        
Prepare
containers and package product to replenish inventory

·        
Work
with the department to suggest process improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or 1-3 years shipping, receiving, or inventory
  handling experience
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a multi-product
  environment
• Working knowledge of MS Windows XP, MS Excel
• Ability to lift 30 pounds
• Experience with Intuit Quickbooks a plus
