We are
seeking a high-energy, hard working Account Development Executive to join our
team. The ADE focuses on generating new business opportunities; qualifying
prospects, developing new leads, pipeline development
and management. This role will play a critical part
in our success and continued growth.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with VP of National Sales on system level and
cross practice opportunities - Manage pipeline activity resulting in new
client partnerships and relationships

Achievement
of targeted sales goals and acceptable margins of practice
- Drive new business activity within objectives
of business unit. - Indentify and develop new prospects and
business channels. Focus is on new business development. - Ability to design and present customized
solutions - Develops new business from leads that align
with management goals. - Ability to conduct substantive content
discussions with physicians and hospital executives. - Sense of urgency to drive sales cycle.
- Ability to design and present customized solutions
that meet the needs of our clients. - Supports top management with presentations and
marketing strategies. - Must be adept at closing new business deals,
with a value range of $50k-$2+mil - Ensure Clients expectations are met.
Requirements:
- BA/BS Degree required
- 7-10 years successful sales experience;
including strong prospecting and business development skills - Strong negotiation and closing skills
($50k-$2+ million). - Successful track record with complex sales.
- Exhibited and successful background in
developing sales strategies with senior level counterparts. - Strong experience with selling at high levels.
- Maintain current with industry trends
- Strong communication skills including the
ability to establish relationships over the phone and in person. - Ability to meet and exceed established sales
goals. - Build and maintain effective client and team
relationships. - Proven track record in performance based
environment. - Ability to travel approximately 25%.
