Father Bills & MainSpring is seeking a full-time Contract Compliance Specialist to be responsible for the coordination and completion of government, regulatory, and compliance documents for public contracts and any private contracts valued at $50k or more. In addition to handling all aspects of the contract submission process with the exception of program narratives and goals, the Contract Compliance Specialist will perform quarterly reviews of programs to ensure compliance/obligations including items such as verification of homelessness paperwork, identifications, and proof of disability, and draft corrective actions as necessary.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the position requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3-5 years experience and a proven track record of completing compliance reporting or auditing requirements in a non-profit organization and ability to work both independently and as part of the team. The selected candidate will be highly organized, flexible, self-directed, and dependable. Must have excellent computer skills and be detail oriented.
