Electronic
Assembler
Perform routine electronic assembly tasks under a moderate
amount of supervision. The use of
soldering irons, cutters, pliers, wire strippers and other mechanical tools is
required. In addition, use of a microscope
and gauges, etc. is required. Must be
able to read and interpret assembly schematics and blueprints. Be able to work in a team environment. Have the ability to check your own work for
conformance to workmanship standards and inspection criteria. Be asked to perform prototype work under the
direction of engineering. To qualify for
this position you must be a high school graduate. Technical school attendance is
desirable. 2-3 years electronic assembly
experience required including soldering and PC Board assembly a must. Solder certification to the present J-Std-001.
Surface mount experience with knowledge
of pick in place component installation desired.
