We are currenlty seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join the HarborOne team. This individual will be supervisong, scheduling and evaluating branch staff; on going development of employees. Oversee the daily branch operation ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed. Utilize every opportunity to match customer needs to HarborOne products. Offer customer product information to guide them in financial decisions. Meet sales goals and work with manager on setting and achieving branch goals. Work closely with the On The Job Banking department and the Business Services Officers to develop relationships with existing and new payroll companies as well as Small Business.

The qualified candidate will have a minimum of two years experience in a supervisory position; consumer loan experience; effective communication skills that develop and maintain solid long term customer and employee relationships, which is essential in this position; the ability to support the Branch Manager in setting goals, motivating and coaching staff with an emphasis on staff development and excelling in a sales environment. This position requires flexibility with scheduling, to meet the staffing needs of the office.
