We have an immediate need for an Sr. Deskside Support
JOB DESCRIPTION
CDI is currently seeking a Sr. Deskside Support person for one of our clients located in Raynham, MA for a 6 plus months contract assignment.
Description:
• Primarily Sr. Deskside support skills with extreme customer and VIP interface skills.
• Personal Presentation is also very important.
• Blackberry skill and laptop experience with T400’s etc. from Lenovo.
• Provide End client Executive Level services including troubleshooting hardware, software, network connectivity, application problems (OS, MS Office, and site specific applications).
• Other tasks include: Troubleshooting: printer queue, remote access, wireless, Active Directory - users and workstation accounts, File and Printer server issues.
• Build and deploy Laptops and PC per the client’s instructions and procedures.
• Printer support includes replacement of toner, fusers, transfer rollers, and maintenance kits.
• Must have hands on with Blackberrys, PDAs, Peripherals
• MUST be articulate and professional/conservative in appearance.
