Job Description: 


Full time 2nd shift position


The Call Center Specialist will act as a Consultant to our clients and will interact with them virtually from our Network Operations Center in the Exeter RI main headquarters.


In addition to remotely consulting with the client about call center strategy & best practices, the Call Center Specialist can assist the client with creating, designing, and implementing the following:


·         Vectors


·         Skills/Hunt Groups


·         Agents


·         Announcements


·         VDNs


·         Vector Routing Tables


·         Vector Variables


·         VDN Variables


·         Call Flow documentation and flow charts


 


The Call Center Specialist can also provide remote training for the following products:


·         Avaya Communication Manager Call Center Elite ACD software suite


·         Avaya Call Management System (CMS) and CMS Supervisor


·         Avaya IP Agent


·         Avaya Basic Call Management Reporting Desktop (BCMR)


 


 


Essential Skills and Qualifications:


·         4-year degree preferred.


·         At least 2-3 years of experience in the Implementation and Programming of Call Center functions


·         At least 2-3 years of experience as a customer administrator of Call Center functions


·         Avaya Call Center Supervisor training, experience with BCMS, BCMR, CMS and if available, CCE.


·         Strong verbal and written communication skills, positive, attitude, professional appearance, understanding of sales process, industry knowledge, well organized, dependable, and excellent listening skills.
