OVERVIEW
To handle its continued growth, the Bernardi Auto Group has created a centralized Service BDC in Natick to handle all phone calls for our busy HONDA, AUDI, TOYOTA, and ACURA service departments.
Our team aims to continue exceeding customer expectations for quality services. Reaching this goal necessitates a lot of hard work, dedication, creativity, and commitment from each team member. This is our Bernardi for now, Bernardi for Life philosophy.
REQUIREMENTS
- Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communications skills
- Professional and Articulate Phone Voice and Behavior
- Ability to become proficient on systems used to manage customer appointments - navigating within systems and updating information with a high degree of accuracy while assisting customer on the phone
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls while providing quality service to each caller
- Strong Work Ethic, self-motivated, results-oriented, team-player
- Must be able to adjust to periodic schedule changes
EXPERIENCE
No prior experience is required - we have an extensive on the job training program. Previous experience in call centers, sales, customer service or as a receptionist as well as automotive knowledge would be helpful but is not necessary. Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese is a big plus!

This is a dynamic position that combines suggestive selling with customer service.
All positions have competitive wages and incentive bonuses. The full time positions include benefits, including 401k, health and dental, paid vacations and holidays. Excellent starting pay - our top performer will make over $35k this year. Training program compensation during your first 30 days will be $11 per hour.
Our call center is staffed:
Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
The full-time work week is 40 hrs - with overtime opportunities.
