Position Description: Inside Advertising Sales Representative
Potential to earn over $65K
As an Inside Advertising Sales Representatives you will meet and consult with businesses, primarily over the phone, to increase their business. You’ll be using your marketing, sales, and advertising background to help our customers design their print and on-line advertising programs to help them grow their businesses. Bring your sales experience and your drive to an industry leader – Idearc Media. Idearc SuperYellowPages, Superpages.com, and SuperPages Direct mail are the primary advertising medium for small and mid-size business to find local buyers.
This is a high income, competitive sales position, with a clear objective of always meeting sales quotas. We’ll help you succeed! Idearc has a proven selling process and we’ll train you so that you have the skills you need to present a business case to your customers for using “Super” solutions.
Key Responsibilities • You will be calling on new and existing clients to learn about their business needs, uncover opportunities, and design media plans to provide more clients and higher profitable clients. • Given a book of business to grow and develop • You will track each client in our Client Relationship Manager application based on the Salesforce.com platform.

Position Requirements: Requirements • Minimum 1 year business-to-business sales experience, with incentive/bonus • Prospecting skills – high level cold calling to qualify and close new accounts • Recent experience at consistently meeting and exceeding revenue quotas • Superb verbal and written communication skills • High energy, results driven attitude • High customer orientation and self motivation • PC proficiency (MS Office and web based applications) • Strong attention to detail
