Position Summary:
Incumbent is responsible for order management as well as the management of trade promotions & allowances as they relate to individual Customer Cost of Business and Sales Policy models. This includes the approval and release of orders. This also includes the tracking, reporting and analysis of allowances programs and accruals. Incumbent is also responsible for the review and execution of Trade Vendor agreements. As part of Shared Services, responsibility extends to multiple business units.
Principle Accountabilities:
Review all EDI purchase orders for accuracy and efficiently enter manual orders into SAP. Obtain necessary approvals to effect changes to SAP Master Data. Change SAP Master Data, as needed, to release sales orders on hold. Must adhere to and enforce corporate approval polices and SOX guidelines.
Works to ensure that the cost of doing business with Trade accounts is correctly identified, tracked and reported. Solely responsible for determining, creating and maintaining SAP Master Data Files with respect to customer prices, discounts and rebates. Solely responsible for creating and maintaining critical financial reporting tools including the Cost of Business and Audit Allowance documents.
Responsible for the review and final execution of all Trade Vendor Agreements. Works directly with Hasbro Legal, Sales, Logistics and Operations.
Takes a lead role in preparing for, and participating in, the quarterly Cost of Business review meetings held with Hasbro Sales and Finance Managers.
Responsible for the development of Crystal and BI Sales reports used as supporting documentation for customer volume as well as earned and issued promotional allowances. In order to support finance and sales managers, incumbent is responsible for the completion and analysis of other reports and data.
Provides Hasbro Finance with periodic reporting for program accruals, policy earnings and payouts, as well as re-accruals.
Completes earnings reconciliations and provides financial data to Sales and Trade.
Serves as an account liaison with external trading partners and Hasbro Global offices and personnel.
Works to develop collaborative partnerships, improve operations and enhance overall business relationships.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in General Business, Finance or Management
2-3 years experience in sales policy administration or order-to-cash administration
Strong Excel skills
Strong report writing skills (Crystal, Access, Business Warehouse)
Knowledge of SAP, Supply Chain Operations and Trade Promotion Management
