The Director of Clinical Performance is responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, reporting on and directly managing processes, programs and tools to continually improve New England Quality Care Alliances (NEQCA) clinical quality and efficiency performance. Works under the direction of the Quality Medical Director and also collaborates with the COO and the CMO to develop and manage NEQCA central clinical programs including the nurse case management program and high risk and disease management programs.
The Director of Clinical Performance is a key liaison with payers, pod management, physicians, other providers, Tufts Medical Center, care management vendors, community hospitals and other organizations.
A RN degree and bachelors is required. A master’s degree in Business Administration, Health Care Management or related area is highly desirable.
