Performance Improvement Coordinator – New England Quality Care Alliance – Braintree


 


Under the leadership of the Quality Medical Director and the Director of Clinical Performance, the Performance Improvement Coordinator supports the development, implementation, monitoring, of programs and initiatives to continually improve New England Quality Care Alliances (NEQCA) clinical quality and efficiency performance. Provides clinical support, coordination, and project management support for the Performance Improvement team and other key efforts.


 










Experience Required


5+ to 7 Years of quality improvement and project management experience in addition to knowledge of managed healthcare, pay for performance, HEDIS, and efficiency programs required


 


Education Required


A RN degree and bachelors is required.  A master’s degree in Business Administration, Health Care Management or related area is highly desirable.
