Our Call Center Operations are located in Bedford and Manchester, New Hampshire. We have positions available in the following customer service roles:
All positions require HS Diploma or GED, strong PC & internet navigation skills, good typing and spelling capabilities, and EXCELLENT communication skills. Prior Customer Service, Call Center, Contact Center, Banking, Credit Union, Mortgage, Financial, General Insurance, or Health Insurance experience preferred. PROVEN record of RELIABILITY, RESPONSIBILITY and STRONG WORK ETHIC required. Successful completion of background check required. Some College or comparable experience recommended. Must be at least 18 years old.
Position responsibilities, pay, applicable problem-solving skills, technical requirements and schedules vary based on role. Full-time schedules are between 30-40 hours week and may include weekend shifts. Business casual dress environment. Company paid training. Full benefits package.
