Overview
Supervisors are responsible for the safe and effective daily management of the milieu and of all program functions in the absence of the Program Manager.

Qualifications/Requirements
Strong communication skills and a minimum of one year supervisory experience working with emotionally disturbed clients in a residential setting are required. Must be at least 21 and possess a valid Massachusetts driver’s license. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
