Overview                 

Supervisors are responsible for the safe and effective daily management of the milieu and of all program functions in the absence of the Program Manager.

Position Responsibilities

• Follow through on operations from shift to shift, including documenting events and posting activities for things like client birthdays and holidays
  
• Manage client appointments and visits and coordinate transports to accommodate staffing
  
• Develop client plans and follow-through in conjunction with Residential Director, Program Manager & Clinician
  
• Supervise staff as needed
  
• Fill open shifts in conjunction with the Program Manager
  
• Assure quality in regards to: Safety & Incident reports

• Attend all programmatic meetings
  
• Act as a liaison in combination with the Program Manager for outside sources, as well as community resources
  
• Assume additional responsibilities as directed by the Program Manager

Qualifications/Requirements    
Strong communication skills and a minimum of one year supervisory experience working with emotionally disturbed clients in a residential setting are required. Must be at least 21 and possess a valid Massachusetts driver’s license. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
